Terms for using TickerCue.

These draft terms describe the public prepared-story website and any expressly invited prepared-video beta. They are not final contract terms.

Pre-launch policy draft

This page documents the current product behavior, but it is not a final legal notice. Operator identity, launch geography, contact details and specialist legal review are still required before public beta.

Current service scope

The current public service is a prepared-video market-information beta. Public Live AI, licensed current quotes, predictions, brokerage execution, paid subscriptions and automated personalized recommendations are outside the current service.

Information, not advice

  • TickerCue provides general market news, context and education.
  • It is not an investment adviser, broker, financial planner, accountant or law firm.
  • Nothing is a suitability assessment, price target or instruction to buy, sell, hold, avoid or size a position.
  • A ticker label means a security is related to a story; it does not mean the security is suitable for anyone.

Accuracy and timing

AI-generated material can contain errors, confuse entities, omit context or become outdated. Users should verify material facts using the cited primary sources. Story snapshots describe a stated period or information cutoff and are not current quotes.

Synthetic presenters

TickerCue presenters are synthetic media. They are not human journalists or advisers, and their voice, appearance or delivery style does not change the approved source and fact record.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass protected areas, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected material or use TickerCue unlawfully.

Availability and rights

Beta features may change, pause or be withdrawn. Availability is not guaranteed. TickerCue and third-party names, software, designs, sources and media remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights. Third-party links do not imply endorsement.
