What to include
Include the page or story title, edition date, device and browser or app version, what happened, what you expected and steps that reproduce the issue. A screenshot can help when it contains no sensitive data.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, access tokens, brokerage credentials, account balances, identity documents or other sensitive financial information. TickerCue support will never need a brokerage password.
Current feature boundaries
Public Live AI, paid subscriptions and current/live quotes are unavailable. A frozen story fact or research snapshot should not be reported merely because the market later moved; report it when the labelled date, value, source or interpretation is wrong or misleading.
